type of pvc tube for handmade m203

hi everyone
and congratulation to KRISPIES.
i need an information about the realization of an M203.
why use 3 section of 40mm pvc tube instead one single section?
yesterday i went in bricolage shop, but the external diameter of 40mm pvc tube, is smaller than inner diameter of 50mm pvc tube, so i can't glue them on the same axes. what type of tube do you use?

hello, have tubes discharge of wastewater from diameter 40 mm and 50 in France they are standard sizes. I hope that answers your question?!

Hi Alberto, I do not use a tube of 40 but sleeves of 40, because the sleeves have a diameter interns larger than the tube.
These sleeves measurements 6 centimetres thus I stick three of them end to end to have the good length of gun

yhis week i will try to go to leroy merlin, i think they had same goods in all the shop around europe

100% correct ( you better watch out if it fit well inside your 50mm tube(sleeves i mean), depending on your tube, sometimes they don't fit well )

No,sleeves are together stuck to obtain the gun!!
There is no 40mm tube, only sleeves.

Yes that's correct
Krisp glues them together and sands the matching points to make it look like a tube... Bonding sleeves are great because they perfectly hold the grenade in place thanks to the plastic "ring" in the middle

hi guys, i'm back...i have started to built m203, i didn't find sleeve, but i have find tube with inner diameter 40mm and oter diameter 50mm...some little lathe maching and now grenade fit as well...i will post picture asap

yes, it's popular here, in this 10 years, softair became very popular..when i was 15 yo, about 11 years ago, softair wasn't look good by lot of people and by police,but noe you can find softair group everywhere
